Cookies dough was hard and cold. Cheesecake looked like it had fallen over and looked a mess in the box. The milkshakes are nice but frozen solid so have to wait for them to melt to be able to drink them properly. Delivery driver was very friendly and it came within the time said but just a bit disappointed it wasn't as good as expected.
